CHERAW BRANCH NAACP 33rd ANNIVERSARY FREEDOM FUND BANQUET

DIZZY GILLESPIE SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT

WHAT: Each year the Dizzy Gillespie Scholarship Golf Tournament is held the third week of October, in conjunction with the Cheraw Jazz Festival. The organizations primary goal is to help students of Chesterfield County attend schools of higher education. “MEET THE PIONEERS” FALL WALKING TOUR

WHAT: Come and join us for our 1st annual “Meet the Pioneers” Fall Cemetery Walking Tour at Foundry Hill Cemetery. We will learn about the contributions of local African Americans and where they are buried. Mr. Ted Bradley a caretaker of the cemetery and Felicia Flemming-McCall will be the tour guides.
