The following people were recently arrested on these charges by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office:

• Jimmy Eugene Hall, 32, of 2144 Bullard Ford Road, Hartsville, was arrested for burglary and breaking and entering.

• Duan Van Dang, 51, of 208 Woodland Road, Cheraw, was arrested for breech of peace.

• Jonathan Michael Carelock, 43, of 305 Brewer Circle, Pageland, was arrested for public drunk.

• Timothy Deon Dunlap, 42, of 8467 Ramath Drive, Charlotte, N.C., was arrested for public drunk, open container and simple possession of marijuana.

• William Brandon Laney, 30, of 1903 Evans Mill Road, Pageland, was arrested for driving under the influence.

• Irvin Calvin James Sr., 56, of 82 Duke Road, Society Hill, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and improper parking on state highway.

• Joshua Phillip Morton, 23, of 9348 Teals Mill Road, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Beulah Marie Steen, 25, of 1884 Tadlock Road, Jefferson, was arrested for simple assault.

• Jason Taylor, 34, of 335 Morningwood Lane, Mt. Croghan, was arrested for trespass of real property.

• Barry Wayne Vaughn, 41, of 22356 Highway 9, Mt. Croghan, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
