Pansy Stafford Owen, 60, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012.
A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 28, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from 3 to 4 p.m., Friday, Dec. 28, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Owen was born Jan. 18, 1952, in Chesterfield, a daughter of the late William Lucas “Bill” Stafford and Martha Elizabeth Lewis Stafford. She was a 1970 graduate of Chesterfield High School and was also a graduate of Columbia Commercial College. Owen was a retired Chesterfield County Codes Enforcement Officer. She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church.
Survivors include husband, Jim Owen of the home, two daughters, Meghan E. (Josh) Faulkenberry of Chesterfield and Jamie D. Owen of Ruby, one brother, William L. Stafford of Chesterfield, two sisters, Barbara S. (Glenn) Gulledge of Cheraw and Jeanie S. (Jerry) King of Chesterfield, and two grandchildren.

Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home of Chesterfield, is serving the family.
