The following people were recently arrested on these charges by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office:

• Nathaniel Ponds Jr., 21, of 183 West Maple St., McBee, was arrested for burglary/breaking and entering.

• Michael Paul Sullivan, 24, of 230 Prestige Lane, Jefferson, was arrested for unlawful conduct towards a child.

• Alejandro Cruz, 27, of 3670 Goldmine Highway, Kershaw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Terry Streater, 43, of 188 Pine Brance Road, Ruby, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Lillian Genevieve Green, 26, of 187 Burch Street, Mt. Croghan, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Michael James Cedio, 37, of 5820 Laney Rogers Road, Monroe, N.C., was arrested for simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and littering.

• Billy Clyburn, 35, of 2515 Medlin Road, Monroe, N.C., was arrested for simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Maurice L. Nicholson, 62, of 1251 Guess Road, Pageland, was arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct.

• Ronvarus Detwon Henderson, 29, of 1538 Earnhardt Drive, Lancaster, was arrested for disorderly conduct, third degree assault and battery, and trespassing.

• Jonathan Edwards Walls, 18, was arrested for distribution and possession of marijuana and driving under suspension.

• Charles Anthony Cook, 30, of 9310 Fisher Road, Rockwell, N.C., was arrested for simple drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Staci Marie Blackwell, 31, of 20148 Hartsville Ruby Road, Hartsville, was arrested for simple drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
