Mr. Delton “D.W.” Welcome Hubbard Sr., age 63, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at his residence. A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, at Rogers Funeral Home with burial following in Rogers Cemetery. Family visitation was held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 1, at Rogers Funeral Home.
