Activision Blizzard has come under fire for the 1,000th time in a short time for allegedly violating the rights of its employees. The Communications Workers of America (CWA), to which some of its employees belong, claims that one of those employees was threatened after sharing an article about the pending lawsuit with his colleagues. CWA has filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
While the lawsuit is still pending and so there is nothing firm, complaints of this kind are not unique in this matter. Activision Blizzard allegedly attempted to thwart the lawsuit in several ways, was accused of destroying evidence and was said to have repeatedly frustrated employees who tried to improve their working conditions, although the latter has made a pitch when it comes to the case surrounding it. In my CWA complaint here The union claims that the manager threatened the employees. The person concerned stated that employees were not allowed to discuss salaries, hours and working conditions on Slack, a communication tool used within the company.
