Police officers come under fire after youth dance performance: ‘A complete disgrace’ † © Twitter
A group of police officers from Edmonton, England, have come under fire since last week. A videotape shows five officers dancing to DMC’s “It’s Like That” at a youth community event. The audience present can appreciate the dance moves, but this is in stark contrast to the harsh reactions on social media.

“A complete disgrace,” says retired Lieutenant Colonel Mick Neville, who doesn’t understand why officers are tempted to do so. “Edmonton is a high crime area,” he says. These officers must be on patrol. The sarcastic reaction was also discussed: “With these dance moves, there will be no more stabbings in London.” With this event, the police wanted to create more engagement between the local youth and the police force.
