Emotions run high over the Terra (LUNA) disaster, which of course isn’t surprising given the amount of money lost. Therefore, a Singaporean citizen recently filed a complaint against Do Kwon, founder of Terra. He reportedly did so on behalf of another 1,000 Singaporeans.
LUNA founder in fetters?
The complaint was reported in Singapore via Reddit. The statement stated that the person was “concerned about residents who lost their money in the Luna Cryptocurrency scam.” He wants justice for the estimated 1,000 Singaporeans who have invested in LUNA and UST.
The report then goes on to say that Kwon is “still a billionaire” and that “accommodating investors” is the least he can do. Since the founder lives in Singapore, according to that person, the government should freeze the assets of the LUNA founder.
A user on reddit claimed to have filed a police report against Do Kwon, on behalf of UST and Luna investors. He said at least 1,000 Singaporeans have invested in Luna and UST. https://t.co/eIQ9AGul4T https://t.co/YzPf8iWHI7

LUNA . suits
It is currently unclear whether the Singapore police will consider the complaint. However, it is not unreasonable for LUNA investors to currently investigate what their rights and options are. For example, some evidence has already been collected on the crypto Twitter site. Timothy Peterson, chief investment officer, tweeted yesterday:
“A lawyer’s wet dream of admitting responsibility. Let the lawsuits begin!”

Unfortunately, some in the crypto community are taking the law into their own hands. A few days ago it turned out that Do Kwon’s wife is now Get police protection in South Korea. It is said that someone entered the couple’s apartment complex and then knocked on Kwon’s house door. Kwon was regularly traveling between Singapore and South Korea.
It remains to be seen how this situation will develop further. Of course, in recent years we’ve had things like BitConnect, its founders Actually† However, Terra is not an obvious scam.
