The new multi-purpose hall at Gustaaf Ponchautstraat provides space for local events, associations and the Rosedale Red Cross. The building replaced the former football canteen of the same name. The Den Broebel site will be a place for associations and residents
The multi-purpose room (maximum 200 people) on the first floor is equipped with sanitary facilities, a bar and a fully equipped professional kitchen. The room can be used for club activities (eg board meetings, trainings, rehearsals, annual members party, activities without entrance fees …), activities with entrance fees and/or sales (eg dinners, parties …), coffee tables and private parties.
On the ground floor there is a meeting room for associations (maximum 24 people). The Red Cross Rosedale has moved into a new building on the ground floor with health facilities, a classroom and a spacious ambulance garage, among other things.
The construction of outer space is also taking shape. Part of the former football field has already been planted with trees. The remaining space will be converted into a balcony with a playground, where small events, such as neighborhood parties, can also be organized.
