The following arrests were recently made by the Cheraw Police Department:

• Keith Sowell, 46, of 8 Zion St., Cheraw, was arrested for criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.

• Ashley Charlene Sterling, 23, of 117 Huger St., Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Henry Jones, 58, of 224 Godfrey St., Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Colby Hunter, 29, of 4135 Albert Court, Wallace, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• Allen Jarreal Simmons, 27, of 400 Cool Breeze Crossing, Apt. B, Cheraw, was arrested driving under the influence.

• Ronald Gerome Harper Jr., 32, of 113 Clyde Ave. Apt. B-6, Cheraw, was arrested for public intoxication.

• Richard James Howard, 53, of 178 Holly St., Cheraw, was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Henry Jones, 56, of 224 Godfrey St., Cheraw, was arrested for assault and battery third degree.

• Billie Jo Moore, 45, of 54 Lynn Ave., Cheraw, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• Joshua Wade Ingram, 34, of 4988 Pleasant Hill Rd., Wallace, was arrested for public drunk and violation of restraining order.

• Patricia Robinson, 58, of 115 Inn Cheraw, was arrested for public drunkenness.

• Chelsea Reshima Nivens, 20, of 343 High St., Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Sherell Beatrice Jackson, 18, of 300 Moffat Dr. Apt. F, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Michael Steven Cotterman, 28, of 4275 Avins Rd., Sumter, was arrested for shoplifting.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
