ANWB introduces Reisopmaat, which allows consumers to create a (round) journey

With ‘ANWB Reisopmaat’, ANWB has introduced a new travel platform that allows both ANWB members and non-ANWB members to independently create a trip to a website. ‘Do you choose culture, nature or adventure? You decide where the trip is going, the accommodation, the transportation equipment, everything. The way you want it. With the reliability you are accustomed to from ANWB, the company reports.

Currently through ANWB Reisopmaat consumers can arrange trips to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. But according to the ANWB, it does not stand there because the plan is to continue to expand the number of countries.

Visitors to ANWB Reisopmaat can choose a destination and then embark on a journey on their own. Consumers can put the whole journey together on their own, but start with one of the example ways and add destinations, desired transportation and accommodation. On ANWB Travel Opmaat You can choose from around 400,000 hotels around the world. In addition, additional inspiration is provided by more than 1000 inspiration pins on the map.

ANWB’s travel subsidiaries (FOX, Pharos, Ledenreizen and Kampeerreizen) have been operating under ANWB.nl since mid – July. In mid-July, FOX was finally relocated, completing a comprehensive project in which tour operators FOX, Pharos, Kampeerreizen and ANWB Ledenreizen were merged under one roof. At the time, the company anwb.nl announced that it now offers FOX’s formerly-offered travel options, ranging from tours in the Netherlands to long-distance travel via tours in Europe.
