From now on, Woningpas also provides information about energy and water management at home | the interior

Woningpas, the online app for the Flemish government where you can collect all the information relevant to your home, now offers even more information. You will now also find information about registered solar panels, energy meter(s), and annual gas and electricity consumption. In addition, information about water supply and sanitation has been expanded.

For each energy meter, you get an overview of your EAN number, tariff selection, average annual consumption (traditional meter) and actual annual consumption (digital meter). This information does not automatically expire on the house card. The user of the network or the owner of the power contract must give permission. This can be easily done with the new job in the residence card. You are automatically directed to the Fluvius network operator portal to add the information.

Even today, the Home Passage only provides information about the installation of your solar panels if such installation is known by an Energy Performance Certificate preparation or by an EPB declaration. From now on, you can easily add PV installations registered with Fluvius to your home card by yourself via the same link.

The water management will also become part of the housing permit. This way you can easily find out if a public sewage system is in place or planned and if you need to connect your home to a public sewage system or if individual water purification is required. In addition to your inspection certificate, you now also receive an overview of existing rainwater wells, infiltration wells and septic tanks.
