European Championship host Germany is still sick in the same bed. In a friendly match against their Austrian neighbors, the Germans lost 2-0. Leroy Sane apologized after the stupid red card.

The new national coach realized that Germany desperately needed a dose of self-confidence and sent his best team against Austria.
But the Germans had to endure the game from the first whistle. Dortmund player Sabitzer gave Austria the lead they deserved after half an hour.
This caused a great deal of frustration. Not only with Nagelsmann, but also with Leroy Sane, who pushed Moemi in the face after a duel. Red was the correct punishment.
Sane apologized to the playing group afterwards, but due to his stupid behaviour, Germany were forced to continue with just ten men for almost the half.
Austria were no longer in trouble against the ten-man opponent and made it 2-0 20 minutes from time thanks to Baumgartner.
With 6 defeats in 11 friendly matches, there is little confidence in the German team in the European Championship.
