Datalink IT company Diepenbeek has been acquired. Co-founder Danny Daniels will remain with new owner Axi Digital, while associate Karen Dendas will focus on other projects.
Datalink has been a trusted IT partner (mainly) for SME owners in Limburg for almost 16 years. The company performs audits, implements applications and develops software. The group will now be owned by Axi, a peer in the sector active in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Through the acquisition, the company also wants to gain a foothold in Limburg.
Karen Dindas shares her perspective: “When we founded Datalink, our vision for the future was clear: build a new building in a prime location, form a dedicated team and help bring digital transformation to several hundred SMEs in a qualitative way.” adds Danny Daniels, also co-founder of Datalink. : “After almost sixteen years, our ambitious vision has become a reality, so we have surrounded ourselves with a new management team, and we find that in Axi because Axi has chosen local roots as a service provider IT company, we can remain active, close to our customers and continue to exchange experiences.” With the entire group, I will remain active within Datalink and will focus on new projects.
