'Nabil Dirar returns with remarkable transfers'

It seemed that Nabil Dirar, 37 years old, had ended his career last summer. After no more than a month and a half, he left Danish amateur club Ishöj IF and this appears to be his final achievement. Six months later he put on his football boots again.

In recent years, Dirar has already faced some remarkable challenges. His last visible appearance in front of the public was in Belgium when he made a surprise return to Club Brugge in the winter of 2021, which he had rented from Fenerbahce for six months. However, Dirar could no longer continue at Blauw-Zwart.

Dirar will begin work in Luxembourg

After a short spell at Brugge, Derar left Fenerbahce for Kasimpasa on a free transfer, but his contract there was terminated after half a season. At the end of 2022, he played a further two months in Morocco for Mohammedia, and a short-lived Danish adventure followed last summer.

Now Dirar will start working in Luxembourg. According to Le Quotidien, he is about to sign a contract with FC Schifflange, a back-row team in the domestic top flight. After fifteen days of matches, Shivlang is in thirteenth place, which means a big jump to retain him.
