Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe was pretty big in 2021, with four feature films and five series on Disney+. Almost every corner of the multiverse has been explored in the movie studio. But there is a big unsolved mystery.
What we don’t eat yet is why Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) is in space. Fortunately, that’s a question secret invasion can answer. The last time I saw the former SHIELD director was on the scene after the credits for Spider-Man: Far From Home ended, when he was barefoot on a spaceship full of Skrulls.
Why rage in space?
Skrull leader Talos and his wife Soren . moved Spider-Man: Far From Home Like Fiori and Maria Hill. The question fans asked, of course, was which Avengers could they all be Skrull. Anyway, these two were directed by Nick Fury to give Peter Parker’s EDITH glasses. Talos asks how is Fury doing “a task”, which may be the first clue to the spy’s future.

In the comics, Fury created SWORD to deal with threats from space, but SWORD is already in the MCU and was founded by Maria Rambo. In any case, SWORD clients haven’t been very positive about Wanda Maximoff and her family, but their relationship with the Skrulls remains unclear.
Fury in space, but why he spent more than a year in space we haven’t figured out yet. This is going to be another interesting puzzle at this point in the MCU!
