One of the reasons why KV Oostende is asking for a postponement is because they are busy with the takeover process. There will be three candidates who want to take over the management of the club and make the necessary payments. Naturally, these new acquirers will not make payments until they are sure that they own the club.
KV Oostende therefore requests a postponement from the Licensing Committee until the acquisition is completed. They hope to achieve a breakthrough in the talks soon.
