FrostAbout three hundred people celebrated Friday evening in Park Van Forest. They didn’t take the distance rules into account. The police are currently at the scene and are asking those present to return home.
“When we got to Park Van Forest, we noticed that about three hundred people were having a party there,” says Sarah Fredericks, spokesperson for the Brussels-South Police District. The photos clearly show that party-goers are coming together and are not taking wreath measures into consideration. “Our teams are on site and are urging the attendees to leave the park and return home.”
The spokeswoman said, “This is not the first time that we have to perform at Park Van Forest.” This has been the case several times in recent weeks. Until then, our agents asked the attendees to return to their homes, which was always going smoothly. “
The police have yet to impose any fines tonight.
