After months of anticipation and anticipation, fans are finally getting their first official look at a bloodied and bruised Paul Mescal in director Ridley Scott’s upcoming Gladiator 2.
The photos, shared by the Daily Mail, were reportedly taken during reshoots in Sussex, England.
Lucius and his armor
Mescal plays Lucius in the film and is clearly visible in the photos after a big fight. Also worth noting is his outfit, which looks remarkably similar to Russell Crowe in the original film.
“Lucius has been living in the wild for about twelve to fifteen years. He has lost contact with his mother.”Director Ridley Scott spoke about the character of Mescal.
Maybe dead
Scott also said that: “His mother doesn’t know where he is. She thinks he might be dead.”
