Jesse Nelson Wants No More Working With Them After Leaving Little Mix: “I Was Bullyed Because I ‘Complete’ | Celebrities

FamousJesy Nelson (29) commented for the first time leaving girl group Little Mix. The British singer left the group at the end of last year due to online harassment, as she would be “fuller” than the other three members.

“I was seen as overweight, obese,” says Jesse in the British edition of Cosmopolitan. So the singer was constantly comparing herself to her colleagues. “I can’t believe how miserable I was at the time.”

Jesy hit rock bottom while recording Sweet Melody’s music video last year. “We were in lockdown and that was the first time I was taking a break and being at home with the people I love. I wasn’t happier before and didn’t realize it until I got back to work. Immediately I became a different person and the fear was upset.”

A strict diet

Before filming, the singer followed a strict diet and panicked on the set. “Because I didn’t look the way I wanted to. I found it very difficult to just be happy and entertained.”

Later on, Jesy was also not present on many of the Little Mix shows, known for songs like Wings and Black Magic. In December it was announced that the singer had left the group after ten years because she was suffering from mental problems. Jade Thirlwall, Perry Edwards and Lee-Ann Pinnock will all continue as trios. Jesy is now focusing on her solo career.
