he meets Black Statea new third-person shooter from Turkish developer Motion Blur Studio. The game is being developed using Unreal Engine 5 and it shows.
Despite some flaws, the trailer is reminiscent of a tech demo, making you wonder what the final result will look like. After all, this isn’t the first time a game has been shown off with ridiculously good graphics, only to be left disappointed in the end. Anyway, something about the benefit of the doubt or something.
In Black State, things have gone wrong by messing with dimensions, so you can simply end up from one place to another by opening a door, and make that an integral part of your quest to free a world. It won’t be easy, so there will be a lot of shooting, although you also get tools like the ability to slow down time.
Anyone who’s ever been a fan of Black State’s gameplay will probably quickly think of Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain. It’s simply hard to deny that Black State is a lot like that. The game’s creators admit to being big fans of Metal Gear Solid, but also of games like The Last of Us and Uncharted, games that pushed the boundaries of development and gameplay mechanics.
Black State is currently in development for PC. A release date has not been announced yet.
