Capcom has revealed a post-launch roadmap for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruins through October 2021, and it will include free new Monsties like Monster Hunter Rise’s Palamute and a few exclusive monsters in co-op missions.
Monster Hunter Stories 2 will be released on July 9 for Nintendo Switch, PC, and 9 First post-launch content The aforementioned Palamute Monstie will be arriving on July 15th.
Free Update 2 arrives on August 5 with Kulve Taroth as the exclusive beast of Co-op, Hellblade Glavenus and Boltreaver Astalos Monsties. Two updates will be released in September with five new Monsties: Soulseer Mizutsun, Elderfrost Gammoth, Oroshi Kirin, Dreadking Rathalos, and Molten Tigrex. There will also be a higher difficulty version of the Kulve Troth co-op mission.
In October 2021, free major update #5 will add a new puzzle mission, an extremely challenging co-op mission, an exclusive monster, and silver and gold Rathalos monsters.
