Club Brugge kept their (and coach Ronny Deila's) season alive. Blauw-zwart won the match he had to win against Molde to avoid a complete crisis. Andreas Skov Olsen completely overturned the deficit from the first leg with two goals, and Michal Skouras ensured certainty. The club is in a good position in the quarter-finals of the Conference League.

The announcements were clear, as Club Brugge appeared at the beginning of the match under intense pressure after the painful defeat against Molde. Incidentally, in a half-empty Jan Breydel Stadium, with barely 13,000 tickets sold, the XII did not give up.

One goal from Molde was enough to disrupt that trajectory once again, but the Norwegians never seemed to still believe in it. However, it came as a shock to the club when Eriksen looked dangerous in a free-kick from the visitors, but was unable to get to the ball.
Match winner Skov Olsen was injured midway through the second half. His replacement Skouras had only been on the field for three minutes when he was given the all-clear. Vanaken released it, put Hagelskjær at bay, and with his left hand he also caught Pietersen. 3-0 and more and out to Molde.
Klopp almost scored the fourth goal, but Thiago was unable to get rid of his doubts. Instead of giving Noosa or Vanaken a 4-0 lead, the Brazilian striker shot over the bar.
It made no difference, as the club reached the quarter-finals of the Conference League with a convincing 3-0 win.
