After the disappointing Halo TV series, no one expected it to be such a huge hit, but the Fallout TV series is doing extremely well. The series premiered on April 10, 2024. In just over two weeks, Fallout has already become the second most watched TV series on Amazon Prime.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is still ranked first, but this series has received a lot of criticism from international media and society. The hype for The Rings of Power has been greater than the reception thanks to the brilliant films of producer Peter Jackson. The quality of classic films has not been achieved in TV series. Not many fans of The Lords of the Rings are looking forward to Season 2 of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power right now.
Fallout currently holds second place in terms of viewing numbers on Amazon Prime with over 65 million viewers. Fallout performed better than the hit series The Boys, The Wheel of Time, and Twisted Metal.

Season 2 has been officially confirmed
Fallout Season 2 is now in pre-production. There's no release date yet, and it's unknown when recording will begin. According to the producer, the recordings will take place in different locations than in the first season. According to some rumors, we will be getting references to Fallout: New Vegas in Season 2.
“I don't know exactly where we're shooting [season 2] But it would be on the West Coast – which would make it somewhat easier because you wouldn't necessarily have to go to Africa.
All Fallout games can be played via Xbox Game Pass. Publisher Bethesda has already announced that Fallout 5 is in development, but that game will be released after The Elder Scrolls 6.
