AD today reports that Fidan Ekes and Renzi Klammer should immediately stop presenting NPO’s De Vooravond. The news was unexpected, according to Clamer’s reaction.
Although the collaboration between the two resulted in “good conversations and high-level moments,” the broadcaster had to conclude that “the show lacks the urgency we are looking for,” says BNNVARA’s Director of Content, Gert Jan Hawkes. in m.

New plans for the talk show are already ready: The duo’s show has been cancelled. Starting Monday, August 30, Sophie Hillebrand and Khaled Kassem will alternately host the talk show between 7pm and 8pm on BNNVARA on NPO 1. Hox: “So not a duo, but one presenter who sharply outsmarts him and directs and defines the conversation of the day.”
Hox adds that the broadcaster will continue to discuss future programs and projects with Ekiz and Klamer. “Renzi and Fidan are both showmakers and we are very excited to keep them on BNNVARA for their passion, ingenuity and courage.”
