Many advertisers did not want their ads to be shown on some women’s channels. That’s why Twitch has stopped serving ads on these channels altogether.

This led to controversy because women never do something that is not allowed by the Twitch Rules. Nudity, sexual acts and pornography are prohibited on the site. The rules allow for flowing into a swimsuit from the shower, pool, or beach. Likewise, the content “raises complex questions with few easy and direct answers,” Twitch said.

Twitch, a subsidiary of Amazon, is generally used as a platform that allows other players to watch it while they play computer games.
