Kevinski on the road with Roncalli through New Zealand and Australia

Our 'own' Kevin Gorczynski – known as comedian 'Kevinski' – recently swapped the Netherlands for a month in beautiful foreign lands.

Kevin was scheduled for one of the Circus Theater Roncalli's productions.

This German circus producer presents a joint circus show on board the ship 'MS Europa 2' which sails from Europe to New Zealand and Australia.

Kevin tells CircusWeb: “The ship travels around the world. Myself and many other wonderful artists took a trip through New Zealand and Australia. We flew to Auckland (New Zealand, Ed.) where our journey began. Our mission is to put on a classic and modern show for guests who have been on the world trip of a lifetime.

Korczynski says daily rehearsals took place to perfect the performances. He continues: “There were many artists on board, including: singer-songwriter Emma Langart and her band, mind reader Thorsten Havener and the classic 'Notos Quartet'.

The Roncalli team consisted of Marlene Siegman (Sir Wheel) and Charlotte Fischer (Van Dhruvam). Together they performed an act as Dio Marley in the aerial ring. Also in performance: handstand acrobat Estrella Urban, Lena Cohn's diabolo and hat trick, Vitaly Astrovarhov on slackwire and golf club balancing, Augustin Viglione with shadow and bubble action, Dalma Contreras and I doing speed painting.

Work and have a wonderful trip

Kevin's journey was more than a routine mission. Gorczynski enthuses: “In addition to the hard work, we were on the other side of the world and we also had the trip of a lifetime!

I saw koalas hanging from trees, saw kangaroos jumping on islands, ate fresh fruit from the plants, saw beautiful views when I got up and looked out, danced to the music of the bands on the board, and of course I had a lot of fun. own shows!”

Kevin is now back in the Netherlands. He had an important day on March 15, 2023: a press day in Carré for Hans Klöck's new play. In the 2024/25 theater season (which starts in the summer of 2024), the comedian will be part of Hans' major new theater program.
