It couldn’t get any weirder now. At the third release ceremony of his new record Donda – who has yet to be released – Kanye West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian comes on stage in her wedding dress to marry him again. Not really: the two aren’t a couple again.
Kanye West fans have been waiting for his new record for weeks. Donda, named after his mother, has been put on hold several times after it was reported that the American rapper wasn’t entirely satisfied with it. Twice he actually held a listening event for his fans, where he said nothing the first time and popped up the second time with a very strange visual sight.
Thursday night, the rapper went even further. The third release party was held at Soldier Field in Chicago and was another visual spectacle. For example, it was remarkable how the rapper walked out of his birth house while it was on fire. A break with his past? Fans didn’t know what to do with it. He also set himself on fire, and the fires had to be put out on stage. Also appeared on stage: Marilyn Manson and Dababy.
Things got even weirder when his ex-wife Kim Kardashian took to the stage in her wedding dress. The two got married again, apparently, albeit only a fantasy. According to sources from Showbiz TMZ, the two are still separated. Kanye West, who is also changing his official name to short Ye, is said to have a new girlfriend. There was a friendly hug between the ex.
And for those wondering: Kanye’s new record has never been released again. When that will happen remains a mystery. Fans have been expressing their displeasure on social media for weeks. It will undoubtedly continue.
