The host country is not Qatar, but the Dutch national team is playing in the opening match of the upcoming World Cup. The Orange team will meet Senegal at 11:00 a.m. Dutch time in Doha. Seems from Official Schedule to FIFA World Cup Has published.

In the same team, Qatar will play against Ecuador in the evening. The first matches of the World Cup in Qatar will be on Monday 21st November.
