After an excellent season and world title, Lottie Kopecky can take off her belt for a while. The top racer will continue to spin. Yesterday I was introduced to the joys of gravel cycling at PlugPlug Hageland.
Lotte Kopecky rode a cobblestone ride yesterday with a start and finish in Rotselaar. The list included a 65km Via Hagland (600m elevation gain and 75% on unpaved roads).
Kopecky donned her rainbow T-shirt and rode with a group of enthusiastic cycling tourists. She then made time to meet and greet fans.
When is next year’s World Cup on clay courts between Halle and Leuven?

Lotte Kopecky is gearing up for 65km of gravel fun.
