Bandai Namco has shared new information about Gundam Breaker 4, the mecha hack & slash loot game that will hit store shelves in two months.

Gundam Breaker 4 begins with the latest evolution of Gunpla Battle Simulator called GUNPLA Battle Blaze: Beyond Borders (or GB4) where players meet online. This simulation enters a pilot phase in which the main character participates. Here you’ll meet Tao, an expert with a penchant for the SD Gundam and Lin, a highly competitive newbie. The main characters, Tao and Lin, create a clan that they then fight with rivals. As you progress, you’ll gain access to the Battle Tournament, the biggest event in Gundam Breaker 4.

In addition to Tao and Lin, you’ll meet more characters like Reco, the AI ​​character who gives you the latest news, Mr. The Gunpla provides battle commentary, the MC organizes GB4’s battles, and Misa, who led the Ayato Shopping District Gunpla team in Gundam Breaker 3. In Gundam Breaker 4, players can customize their Gunpla with over 250 basic combinations. You can collect these by defeating enemies.

Players can collect valuable loot by breaking certain parts of enemy machinery. You can then use these broken parts to upgrade your Gundam. In Gundam Breaker 4, for the first time in the series, you can use two weapons at the same time to get powerful combos. In the garage it is also possible to equip your Gundam with paintwork, stickers and more. Gundam Breaker 4 also includes a diorama mode. This is a photo mode where you can take beautiful photos of your Gundam including large-scale scenarios with different backgrounds, environmental elements and special effects.

Gundam Breaker 4 is scheduled to be released on August 29, 2024 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
