It was already known that the DLC for Guilty Gear Strive’s second character would be releasing sometime before the end of this month, and we finally know who’s coming back to the cast and when it’ll be released.
Ahead of the Evo’s North American debut, Arc System Works announced that Jack-O would be returning with a new trailer, as many fans had predicted.
Jack-O made his debut in Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator as a new character of paramount importance, and now he’s back in the sport with a selection of new moves that use unique Minion mechanics.
While the visual design is very similar, Jack-O’s gameplay ring looks almost entirely different as it alters its defensive set of house-building towers in favor of instantly summoning followers.
Like Goldlewis, players will be able to access Jack-O for Season Pass 1 owners starting August 27, while those who want to pick it up individually will have to wait a few days until August 30.
