The former window factory is now a modern commercial complex

Project developer Van den Boer Concept from Lommel has almost completed the construction of the Fenestra Business Campus in Pelt. Almost all of the 32 SME units at the site where the windows and doors were previously manufactured have now been sold.

Van den Boer Concept develops residential, commercial and industrial projects. The company also works closely with construction company and project developer Lamers from Hammont Achill, together they form the LV Group. A good example of such co-creation is the Einderpark residential project, with 15 houses and 69 apartments near Lommel city centre. “The work has started and we will start sales soon,” says Eno Lammers of the LV Group. “This will be a major achievement, including the incorporation of the latest technology.” In total, Van den Boer Concept has around 150 apartments planned.
