The Huawei Watch GT 3 has a battery life of 14 days

Huawei has announced the latest version of its Huawei Watch GT 3 smartwatch, with improved health and fitness monitoring and impressive battery life.

All models share roughly the same features, including health and fitness monitoring, 5ATM water resistance, 4GB of storage, and Huawei’s HarmonyOS 2.1. The biggest difference between the two is the 1.32-inch AMOLED screen on the smaller model versus the 1.43-inch AMOLED screen on the larger model. Battery life is another big difference: the 42mm variant has a battery life of seven days, while the 46mm model has a battery life of 14 days, according to Huawei.

Huawei mentions a number of new sports features, including a running ability index (RAI), which uses historical data from your runs to analyze your performance after each workout. The Shamrock Healthy Living System, which reminds you to drink water and sleep on time, has been improved with new custom settings and reminders.

By the way, the new models should not be confused with Huawei Watch 3 and Huawei Watch 3 Pro; The new “GT” models are essentially successors to those machines, with a different naming convention. However, the new watches do not have an eSIM like their predecessors, which means that you can only make phone calls with them if your phone is nearby and connected via Bluetooth.
