Initially, Angelina Jolie went out for full custody of her children and was hoping to bring this hit home through the testimony of their offspring in court. In the end only their 19-year-old son, Maddox, was allowed to have his say. The judge did not allow their five other children, Pax (17), Zahra (16), Shiloh (14) and Vivienne and Knox (12), to testify. According to Jolie, this is also the reason why she lost the case to ex-Brad Pitt.
The actress is just now appealing against the judge’s decision. US Weekly has been able to review court documents showing that a second hearing is scheduled for Friday, July 9. And then the lawyers for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will have their say.
The documents also show that Jolie wants to prove that John Oderkerk, the judge appointed by the couple, made a legal error. Angelina Jolie did not get a fair trial from Judge Ouderkirk. She did not discuss her evidence, which was crucial to the health and safety of her children.”
