Ubisoft releases first images of Avatar from developer The Division – Gaming – News

Ubisoft showed the first images of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora during E3. The game was first announced in 2017. The manufacturers are aiming to release the game in 2022 and it will only reach the new generation of consoles, PC, Stadia and Luna.

Ubisoft doesn’t provide much information at this time. The trailer consists of pre-rendered footage and does not contain gameplay. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will be a first-person shooter. The game runs on the studio’s Snowdrop engine, the same engine that powers The Division and its sequel.

This isn’t the first time that Ubisoft has made an Avatar game. In 2009, the same year the movie was released, James Cameron Avatar: The Game for Windows was released on PS3, Xbox 360, Sony PSP, Nintendo Wii, and DS. The game is set before the events of the movie and Received Average ratings from reviewers on all platforms.
